Spring is a time to shake off winter stagnation and expand into a new season renewed and energized. Join international yoga teachers Cura Oliveira and Steph Sanders for their 4th retreat at Hotel Torekov!

The weekend will offer a balance of energizing yoga and grounding/nurturing yoga practices through the lens of mindfulness. Practical and educational workshops, (including movement/inversions, breath, meditation, and more) will leave you with a greater understanding of your body and how to approach this new season inspired!

Whether you come to rejuvenate and connect with yourself and others, or slow down and enjoy all of the amazing amenities this award-winning hotel has to offer, there will be time for both. Enjoy cozy moments in the newly renovated spa and delicious food from the Bistro.

17:45-19:00 Renew and Relax: Moving Meditation & Yin Yoga with Live Music
