Join experienced international yoga teachers Cura Oliveira and Steph Sanders for an energizing yoga weekend at Hotel Skansen!
The weekend will offer a balance of awakening yoga and grounding yoga practices. An educational workshop will leave you with a greater understanding of your body and how to approach the summer season inspired!
Whether you come to rejuvenate and connect with yourself and others or enjoy all of the fantastic amenities this award-winning hotel has to offer, there will be time for both. Enjoy cozy moments in the newly renovated spa and delicious food at Restaurant Sand.

9:30-10:55 Awaken and Activate: Vinyasa Flow, Meditation & Breathwork
11:00-12:00 Flow with the Sun Workshop: Let’s break down the primary poses of Sun Salutation A, a foundational set of postures in vinyasa yoga, so you feel stronger and more knowledgeable moving through this warming sequence.
12:00-16:00 Lunch – spa, free time, afternoon fika
16:00-17:00 Renew and Relax: Yin Yoga with Live Music
