Yoga Foundations: Align and Refine

In this 2.5 hour workshop, we will breakdown common yoga poses that we often don’t have the time to explore in depth during class. For those who already do yoga, this will give you the chance to refine and advance even the most basic of poses. For those who are new or just beginning their yoga practice, this workshop will give you the tools to better understand why we do certain poses and how to feel more stable and confident in them. Using different props, the wall, and the support of a partner you will leave feeling more aware of your body and have tools to bring with you into future yoga classes. This workshop is taught in English and is suitable for all levels. Some of the poses we will work on include: Mountain pose, Down Dog, Chaturanga/Up Dog, Warrior poses, and a few balancing poses. Nourish: A Yoga Afternoon

Simple – Fresh – Fun

Spend an afternoon replenishing the body and mind. We will combine mindful movement and clean, fresh, and delicious food. The afternoon will begin with a 75-minute all-levels Vinyasa Flow class focused on opening the hips. Followed will be snack time with vegetarian homemade goodies, juice, and smoothie. We will end with a 75-minute Yin and Restorative class leaving you grounded and recharged! All levels are welcome. Taught in English.

Yoga by the Sea: Summer Nature Yoga Retreat

We learn from nature and we are part of nature. Connect with the beauty of the Kullen Peninsula in charming Mölle with a nature-focused yoga retreat. Join Pernilla and Steph for a balanced weekend of dynamic/strengthening and cooling/grounding yoga.

Over the two days, we will explore ways to bring yoga into our everyday life. Come together and connect to others with like-minded passions, to bring forth our best selves and contribute to the world around us in a positive way. Space is limited to 10 people to facilitate an intimate, heartfelt, and vulnerable community of peers.

  • 4 yoga sessions (vinyasa, restorative, meditation, breath work)

Yoga is a practice of transforming and benefitting every aspect of life, not just the 60 minutes spent on a rubber mat; if we can learn to be kind, truthful, and use our energy in a worthwhile way, we will not only benefit ourselves with our practice but everything and everyone around us too.

9:00-10:30    Walking meditation + pranayama (breath work)

10:30-12:00   Outdoor Summer Flow co-taught by Pernilla + Steph
12:30-14:00   Lunch at the studio
14:00-15:30   Workshop + yoga playtime: Deepen your personal practice through group/partner work, reflection, one-on-one assistance and more, leaving you with new discipline and encouragement to go deeper in your personal practice no matter where you roll out your mat.
