Flow + Rebalance Day Yoga Retreat

Join Vattnets Hus for our first yoga retreat, led by Stephanie Sanders. Give your body and mind space to recharge and rebalance. This day retreat offers yin and yang as we begin our day with a vinyasa flow class and breath instruction to recharge. A nourishing lunch and plenty of free time at the spa offers time to relax. We close the day with a long grounding yin and restorative yoga session. While the retreat is suitable for all levels we recommend you have tried yoga before. The classes will be taught in English.

Nature Yoga Retreat

Magically located between the majesty of Kullen Peninsula and the exotic charm of Mölle we welcome you to a weekend focused on community, connections, vegan cooking and nature. In led classes asanas come and go quickly. In this workshop, we will break down commonly seen asanas and explore modifications that will suit your individual body. By understanding the purpose of the asana instead of chasing a form Steph and Pernilla will guide you to work in a way that will benefit you now and in the long run.

Äntligen erbjuder Helsingborg ett heldags yogaevent. Så kom och yoga, mingla och fyll på med massa inspiration. Vi kommer hålla till i de fantastiskt fina lokalerna ute på Spritan! Vill du vara med? Läs då vidare för det här blir en dag du inte vill missa!

Vi har fyllt dagen med sköna, inspirerande klasser som innehåller stor variation på både tempo, stil och yogaform. Vår inspirationsföreläsare kommer att bjuda på sin livsresa som både innehåller igenkänning, skratt och en rejäl livspepp. Det kommer även finnas utställare på plats. Här hittar ni bl.a. ett fantastiskt yoga- och hälsokost-sortiment, nyttig fika, coaching och vackra personliga smycken. Självklart går det att handla på plats.

A YIN & YANG CLASS, 75 MIN, 12:45-14:00

We begin with yin to bring our attention inward, paying special attention to connective tissue and joints in the lower body. Through a grounding rhythmic flow, we start to build more heat in the body. As we focus on the hips, this class will offer a break for the shoulders and upper body and is free from chaturanga/vinyasa transition. To close, we will return to yin and stillness to observe where our practice has taken us. Class taught in English.

Seaside Yoga Retreat

Take time for yourself in luxury with the beautiful Torekov Oceanside as your backdrop. This retreat offers vinyasa flow taught by international teachers, Stephanie Sanders and Cura Oliveira, to help reawaken the body and the senses.

With three yoga sessions and two educational workshops, you can focus on and go deep with your practice.  Evening Yin and Restorative Yoga is accompanied by live music and doTERRA essential oils. Whether you come to rejuvenate and connect through movement and breath, or slow down and enjoy all of the amazing amenities this award-winning hotel has to offer, there will be time for both in the spa, delicious food and lots of yoga to leave you feeling refreshed and tuned up for the autumn!
