Mama + Baby Yoga
Begins October 18 // Tuesdays 10:30-11:30

A chance to connect with yourself, your baby, and other mothers. A full-body yoga practice, incorporating breathwork, core strengthening, deep stretches, and mindful movements. This works best with babies who aren’t yet crawling but if your baby is already crawling and you would like to join that’s fine too! All levels welcome – no previous yoga experience is necessary.

Dates: Tuesdays, October 18 – November 15
Time: 10:30-11:30 with time to chat and have tea afterward
Cost: 5 sessions for 900 kr or 200 for a single class
Location: Ludvigsgården

Motherhood sessions – virtual circle
Begins October 19 // Wednesdays 3:00-4:00 CET

Motherhood Sessions is an intimate virtual circle to share, connect and heal alongside other mothers from around the world. 

We begin the sessions with meditation and breathwork to soothe the nervous system, followed by space to share and be heard, each week having a different focus (loss/change identity, guilt, the perfect mother myth, etc.).

Your space holders will be Steph Sanders (yoga teacher – American living in Sweden) and Célia (@celiaponzo.doula – doula and hypnobirthing practitioner – Italian and Swiss living in Vietnam), who bonded through motherhood and are passionate about normalizing the various highs and lows of becoming a mother. 

Dates: We begin Wednesday, November 9 (6 sessions total)
Time: 9 am EST / 3 pm CET / 8 pm ICT
Investment: € 60

It’s encouraged that you attend all sessions, but the replays will be provided. Sessions are held over Zoom. Come as you are, with babies/kids in tow, or carve out the time for yourself. We’d love to have you join!

Baby Sleep Advice

I offer mindfulness/yoga and sleep support to families. At Baby Sleep Advice, we specialize in helping families resolve frequent waking without resorting to crying. It truly is a gentle approach. As a new mother, finding Baby Sleep Advice normalized how my daughter was sleeping and gave me practical tools and assurance on how to approach her sleep that felt more sustainable for our family. 

Now, as part of the Baby Sleep Advice Team, I’m passionate about supporting families in nurturing their baby’s sleep in a non-judgemental and effective way without any tears. In addition to offering 1:1 sleep support, Baby Sleep Advice provides a community, a place to connect with like-minded families.
