A cozy yoga space where you can develop your practice, learn and grow. For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted a little yoga space of my own and I’m very excited to share this with you.
The Little Yoga Studio in Vejby (Skåne, Sweden) is located in my house. Classes will be small (4-5 people) allowing for more one-on-one attention as we dive deeper into the multifaceted subject of yoga.
Classes/courses/workshops may change and shift as I aim to create a schedule that best suits the space and the community.
13:00-15:00 Restorative Workshop with Essential Oils (300 kr) – Restorative Yoga is therapeutic and is geared towards healing, calming, recovery and restoring energy. You are in restful positions, supported by bolsters, blocks, and blankets to aid in support. This practice helps to boost the immune system, calm the mind, reduce anxiety and shed light on where you hold stress in the body. To enhance relaxation, aromatherapy is used with doTERRA essential oils.
Slow Start Flow – There’s no rushing here. We progress through a flow that warms up the body and wind down with deep stretches and grounding poses. Explore elements of balance and strength while improving focus through methodical movements. Open to all levels, including beginners. Variations will be offered in poses to suit different levels.
Yin + Restorative – Focused on the softer side of things. With the help of props, poses are held longer (2-10 minutes), often seated or on the back, to access deeper layers of fascia (bindväv). Restorative yoga is geared towards pure relaxation, giving the body and mind time to slow down and rejuvenate, improving the immune and nervous system. Open to all levels, suitable for beginners and those with injuries.
Power Flow – We build heat and strengthen the body through powerful dynamic movements and mindful breathing. Come to move, play and embrace challenge. Some yoga experience suggested/may not be suited for beginners.
150 kr/class or 300/workskhop. Swish accepted.
