May Monday Movement Online Classes

We begin May 3!

For the first 4 Mondays in May, join me for an hour of vinyasa flow, breath, and coming together in the virtual classroom. If you can’t join live, classes are held on Zoom and recorded so you can practice when it suits you, but it’s going to be a good time LIVE! This is a great chance to get back into your practice, create a routine for the month of May, or join for the community – yes, this happens online!

You will have access to recorded classes (video and audio-only) for 2 months so you can revisit them and keep your practice going! Classes are themed all-levels vinyasa but being familiar with common poses like down dog, plank, Chaturanga, and warrior poses is helpful.

The virtual classroom doors will open 5-10 minutes prior to class if you want to drop in early to say hello, ask a question, or I may pull a card (animal spirit, etc.) for the group.

to deepen your understanding of yoga and your practice.

Classes will be available in 2 weeks increments so you will have all classes/lessons after the 8-week period and they will be yours to download and save.
